OKRA Technologies has been selected as a finalist in the global pharma giant Sanofi’s Rare Diseases Innovation Challenge.
Hundreds of global entries have been narrowed down to a final 8. We are using our artificial intelligence data analysis platform to shorten patients’ pathway to diagnosis, getting faster treatments for those suffering from rare diseases. Currently, it can take more than 10 years and visits to 7 different specialists to receive a final diagnosis.
Our Chief Revenue Officer, Rasim Shah, said: “My work with OKRA has always come down to the direct impact we can achieve for patients, and generally improving human lives. I am excited to take on this challenge and continue working toward that mission.”
The final will be hosted on the 20th of September in Boston, US. OKRA will be represented by our Chief Revenue Officer, Rasim Shah. Entries are evaluated based on their demonstrated Impact, Success Potential and Team Commitment, Innovation, and Vision.
