Your role

You will lead marketing and communications for our leading AI products for healthcare and life sciences, working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer who has over 15 years experience driving sales in the biopharma sector.

You will plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across a range of channels to support the customer acquisition strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and implementing the marketing plan within time and budget
  • Testing & optimising new and existing marketing/sales channels
  • Social media responsibilities – LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
  • Growth hacking and constantly improving activity based on results
  • Balancing ad-hoc and longer-term strategic projects
  • Work on content promotion, outreach and repurposing strategies (owned, earned and paid)
  • Analyse, review and report on effectiveness (ROI) of experiments to maximise results


Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Marketing role
  • Deep understanding of how to utilise digital channels for growth
  • Combined strategic and creative thought process
  • Proven performance working independently to ambitious deadlines
  • The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and an analytical skill-set
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of website development and optimisation
  • Knowledge of paid advertising and digital A/B testing, incl. LinkedIn campaigns
  • Command of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Hubspot
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment


Extra helpful

  • Knowledge of automation tactics and platforms, e.g. for social media
  • Copywriting and/or grant/award application experience
  • Technical and creative design ability, including proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Speechwriting and/or PR experience
  • Experience with SEO, keyword research and PPC
  • Proficiency in WordPress
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Pharmaceutical marketing or technology marketing experience
