Your team

You will be leading the productisation and scale up of our AI engine in the healthcare industry, alongside curious experts in a small but growing team. You’ll work closely with our CEO, who has over 10 years experience in implementing machine learning for real world applications, turning research into commercial reality.

Your tasks

  • Creating an inspiring data science team environment driven by an agile mindset.
  • Leading a team of junior and experienced data scientists
  • Translating client needs to our AI engine/architecture
  • Developing new feature extraction and ML algorithms for real world longitudinal data
  • Writing code for streaming feature extraction on multi-source real world data
  • Writing tools for preparing data for ingestion by the AI engine pipeline
  • Training and blind testing machine learning algorithms
  • Scientific writing on data processing algorithms and applications

Your profile

  • 4 to 6 years experience in a machine learning lead role
  • Experience in managing teams
  • A PhD in ML-related application, preferably healthcare
  • Passionate about ML and have strong academic publications
  • Can work in a faced-paced data challenges and hackathon dominated environment
  • Experienced in ML productization
  • Experienced in streaming machine learning implementation
  • Track record of data challenges in academic and/or industrial setting
